The oldest historical records concerning Chyše date back to the second half of the 12th century. Seeing the castle is divided into two circuits; also the castle park is worth visiting. The castle complex also includes the manorial brewery which was built in the years of 1839-1841. The tradition of brewing at Chyše however dates back to the year of 1580. This year the production of high-quality castle beer has been re-established after 74 years. The stylish restaurant and traditional pot-house will welcome you in the historical brewery interiors. Come to taste beer cuisine specialities, but especially – afford Chyše beer brewed according to Old Bohemian recipes.
