A complex of a Gothic fortress of Smil Flaška of Pardubice from the second half of the 14th century, a Renaissance chateau of the Pruskovský family and the Gothic Church of St. John the Baptist. A museum of the Libáňsko region – a regional gallery, an exposition of archaeology and history, the study and the library of the writers Jaroslav Vrchlický, Alois Jirásek and Eliška Krásnohorská. In the church is and old Renaissance altar from the late 16th century and a Gothic coping stone with the coat-of-arms of the founder of the fortress, Vilém of Stará.
